Step right up ladies and gentlemen, for the time of the 2020 Prestatyn Festival of Christmas Trees is now upon us.

It's a challenging time this year as we all know, sadly, we can't hold a live on location Tree festival, but, we've found the solution!!! Let's do this ONLINE! So, why not...

Now then, down to business.... This year, we're going to do things a little differently... So, Here we go...

Christmas Tree Festival 2020!
Organised by the Friends of Christ Church...

Introduction

The 2020 Christmas Tree Festival will be rather different this year as it will be online, with more categories so individuals and groups can enter for the public vote. The optional theme is "Comfort and Joy" which can be interpreted in many ways.

There are four categories this year:

A. Adult Groups, Organisations and Charities
B. Businesses (New Category)
C. Children's Groups & School Classes
D. Domestic Households and Individuals (New Category)

The emphasis this year is on the community encouraging and cheering one another up, with the usual public votes for the most popular trees in each category plus some good ideas we can all borrow.

Entries are made online and welcomed now with photographs (up to 3) or short video (up to 15 secs) of your decorated tree, submitted along with an entry form (see below).

Entries need to be submitted by noon on Fri 4th December and the Gallery of entries will be available on the Prestatyn Christmas Tree Festival Facebook Page page to view and vote for, from Saturday 5th December until noon on Friday 11th Dec. The most popular trees shall feature in a celebration posting ‘Winners Woodland’ available to see from Sat 12th Dec, along with all the rest of the entries in the ‘Festive Forrest’.

Although usually a fund raiser for the ‘Friends of Christ Church’ there will be no entry fees this year and no prize monies however certificates shall be awarded. We just want the Prestatyn Christmas Tree Festival to bring a little ‘Comfort and Joy’ to as many people as we can.

Fill in the form, send in your entry and let the voting begin!!!!!
